AIA Life Designers Wins Major Teaching Hospital Project in Ho Chi Minh City
-

AIA Life Designers has won the design competition for the Pham Ngoc Thach Teaching Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City. The award ceremony was held last Saturday in Ho Chi Minh City, attended by representatives of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee and the project management team.
With a total floor area of approximately 146,000 sqm, the project is designed in partnership with VNCC, with deep involvement from the AIA LD Shanghai team and green building and environmental design support from AIA Environnement. This win marks a significant milestone for AIA Life Designers in Vietnam and Southeast Asia, showcasing the team's combined strengths in healthcare planning, architectural design, and sustainable environmental design.
Beyond its scale, we aim to create not just a hospital, but a place where architecture, climate, care, and knowledge come together — shaping a healthier, more sustainable future through design.

We are delighted to have won this important project together with VNCC and look forward to a smooth and successful collaboration in the next design development phase.
Congratulations to VNCC, AIA LD Shanghai team, AIA Environnement, and all colleagues involved!
